a cookie with a funny name

These soft chocolate cookies with a creamy filling are called whoopie pies.  Funny name I think.

But, I think anything that starts out looking this dreamy is going to be a winner!  This recipe calls for butter, lots of butter.  Creamy buttery yummy goodness!!
